Industrial Technical Sales Representative

Primary Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and secure new industry accounts through active prospecting and targeted field visits.
• Consultative selling: Analyze Customer pain points and provide solutions, including the preparation of detailed quotations and proposales.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and expand existing customer portfolios by providing exceptional after-sales support and guidance.
• Market Analysis: Track competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Reporting: Update CRM systems daily and provide weekly reports on sales KPIs and potential revenue pipelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: A Marketing degree at a mainstream university of training college
• Experience: 2-5 years of proven technical sales experience, specifically within the electrical, automation and industrial industry.
• Technical literacy: Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications for industrial applications.
• Communication: Proficiency in English and the ability to present to various management levels.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within designated territory.
