Do I need technical skills to set this up?
No. First boot takes 10 minutes. Connect to WiFi, link your Telegram or WhatsApp, start chatting. Business setup (ERP, supplier feeds) takes another 30 minutes. We do it remotely.
Is my data actually private?
Yes. The box runs on your premises. Data doesn't leave unless you configure it to (e.g., cloud AI model). Even then, it's encrypted and only used for inference — not training.
What happens if the hardware breaks?
Lite tier uses Raspberry Pi — cheap to replace. Business and Pro tiers use standard mini PCs with warranty coverage.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. All memory, configurations, and automations are exportable. We're not locking you in.
Is there a contract?
